Our products are vegetarian-friendly but not fully vegan, as some contain ingredients like beeswax or milk. We carefully select natural and eco-conscious ingredients to ensure safe and effective skincare while minimizing environmental impact. At the moment, we only ship within New Zealand. International shipping is not available yet, but we’re working on expanding in the future!

Since our products are shipped directly by the individual brands, delivery times can vary. Typically, orders arrive within 6–8 business days. Rural deliveries may take longer than usual. Tracking details (where available) will be provided so you can follow your order.

The return and refund are only possible if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You can request a refund within 6 days of delivery. Refunds aren’t available for used, damaged, or opened items. We are highly focused on maintaining hygiene and product safety for all our customers.
